Propane Exchange

Exchange your empty propane tank for a full one at Eb Buildings and Lumber. You can also purchase a full propane tank as well. If you need a propane refill stop by our location on 610 N Santa Fe Ave.

Delivery

Our delivery team is dedicated to getting your materials to you in a safe and timely fashion. Whether you need a scheduled delivery or a same day fill-in delivery we will do our best to service your needs. Call for pricing.

Return and Special Order Policy

We will gladly accept returns or correct any quality problems on all merchandise purchased from our company within the past 90 days. Upon verification that the merchandise was purchased from our company, we will exchange it, return or repair the merchandise as long as the product is not defaced, is not without its original packaging. 

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for a full refund of the amount you paid for the item. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.

All Special Order (non-stock) merchandise may be ordered for you with a minimum of 50% down at time of order, with the balance due prior to or on delivery of such goods and services. Returns of non-stock merchandise are subject to applicable return charges (if any) and terms as per specific supplier. Sorry–no returns on anything custom ordered for you.

A/R Policy

Credit limits will be established and communicated to you when your application is approved. All payments are due by the 10th of the month following date of purchase. A late charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on past due accounts. This is an annual charge of 18%. All payments on account should be mailed to EB Buildings & Lumber Co. Please include your statement stub.
